A Promise
Today we reaffirm our commitment to dentistry and your oral health, and to say that we take our work seriously. We have talked about commitment to quality, to advances in technology, and to giving you the best possible patient care and experience. But at the heart of the matter, we do it because we care, from the very top of our organization all the way through to every employee. We are sadly reminded of Mike Williams, the former NFL player who graced the rosters of the Buffalo Bills, the Tampa Buccaneers and the Syracuse Orange, and who died at the age of 36 from dental-related sepsis (bacteria in the blood). We never want to do less than the best humanly possible, never hope to see a hero fall. So our pledge to you, is that under our care we will treat you as though you were family, one of our own, in a task that requires our utmost care every day.
